We are looking for a landscape professional looking to grow their career in the landscape industry. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is passionate about leading a landscape crew. A continual learner striving to master the craft while seeking opportunities to further develop and expand our service offerings. Our training program will help you build your skillset to be successful in this position. As a Ryan landscape crew lead you will work with and supervise our associates to build and install beautiful landscape designs. Other necessities needed to carry out this type of work are:

• Good physical ability
• Excellent customer service
• Be a team player
• Ability to to work in all weather conditions

• Lead a 2-4 member crew through completion of landscape projects
• Professional communication with customers and Ryan associates throughout the installation process of their landscape
• Posses a thorough understanding of landscape design/build practices
• 2+ years of experience in landscape/hardscape industry
• Valid Driver’s License and DOT certification
