Responsibilities:
The person that fills this role will be responsible for the following:
We are looking for an Information Security Specialist in Weisbaden Germany.
The person that fills this role will be responsible for the following:
- Responsible for auditing new and existing information systems applications to ensure appropriate controls exist, processing is efficient and accurate, and systems procedures comply with DoD standards.
- Interfaces with user community to understand their security needs and implements procedures to accommodate them.
- Ensures that user community understands and adheres to necessary procedures to maintain security, e.g. annual training.
- Requires familiarity with domain structures, user authentication, and digital signatures.
- Conducts accurate evaluation of the level of security required.
- Assists in the support of Certification and Accreditation (C&A) or other Information Assurance/ Computer Network Defense (IA/CND) Compliance and Auditing processes and inspections for all enterprise systems and networks.
- Assists in the development of all associated documentation.
Education and Experience Required (per DoD Directive 8570.1)
- BA/BS and 5+ years with McAfee and Tenable.SC products
- DoD 8570.01 IAM Level II Certification
- Must have experience with the following to include but not limited to DISA STIGs, HBSS/AESS, ACAS and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
- ITIL Foundation 4.0 (desired)
Must meet

of the following requirements to qualify for TESA:
- University Master's Degree PLUS one year of RECENT applicable experience
- University Bachelor's Degree PLUS three years of RECENT applicable experience
- Associates Degree PLUS seven years of RECENT applicable experience
- MAJOR certification in Computer Science PLUS 11 years of RECENT applicable experience
