As an IT business analyst, you’ll develop leading-edge systems. Partnering with your team of business analysts, you’ll identify clients’ business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories. You’ll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you’ll lead your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Together, you’ll deliver high business value products to clients.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience with direct business analysis and requirements
• Experience working with clients and business analysis, and documenting requirements
• Knowledge of requirements gathering, testing processes, reverse requirements gathering, and acquisition documentation
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,100.00 to $119,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
