Job description
Nesco Resource is looking for Product Inspectors for a client in the Schenectady/Scotia, NY area. This is an 8-week assignment, so if you're looking for short-term work, this is an ideal opportunity. You will be part of a team of 8 to 10 other associates, so we need good team players.
Responsibilities:
- Open cases of company products to inspect and check for defects
- Sort them-simply keep the good ones, toss the defective ones
- Reassemble and create cases of product
- Place the quality cases onto the conveyor belt
- Be able to use your hands to stack pallets
- Lift 25 lbs.
- Be able to bend, kneel, stretch, and use your hands
- Be able to lift and stack
- Place products onto a conveyor belt
- Good attitude, be able to work in a team environment
- Report and be ready to work at 3 pm
- Dress for the environment, it could be cool or warm, depending on the weather for the day
- Monday-Friday
- 3 pm to 11:30-2nd shift
- Pay rate: $19/hr
