Alleman Financial is a local insurance agency with a nationwide reach. This position will be a direct assistant to our principal agent and will be involved with all areas supporting the sales process and satisfaction of our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking for 20-30 hours a week with more full-time potential in the future. Our principal is a recent Cancer Survivor, and this position will primarily work with her in her home-based office much of the time.

Our home office is in Seabrook, TX and the qualified individual will need to be local to the area and have flexibility in their schedule.

Qualifications

  • Willing and able to commute to the home office daily (M-F).
  • Confident phone presence and active listening skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing work pace.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage incoming calls
  • Identify and assess client's needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, alternatives, and follow-up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and file documents accurately
  • Strive to meet and exceed clients and prospects expectations in every interaction.

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • No weekends
