IT Specialist

Job Description:

We are a leading transportation company seeking a skilled IT specialist to join our team. As an IT specialist, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, and networks. Our company's hardware and software are based on Azure, so the ideal candidate should have knowledge and experience in this area. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as providing support to our employees. The ideal candidate should also have basic knowledge in warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks based on Azure
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Azure-based systems
• Provide technical support to our employees
• Manage and monitor our IT infrastructure
• Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place and working effectively
• Collaborate with other IT professionals to implement new systems and technologies based on Azure
• Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in technology and recommend improvements to our IT infrastructure
• Basic knowledge in warehouse management systems

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT specialist or similar role
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems based on Azure
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Office applications
• Basic knowledge in warehouse management systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work well under pressure
