Overview of the Role:

The Child Care Attendant will be responsible for supervising and interacting with members’ children who are using the childcare facility. The attendant develops and maintains a positive, fun, and safe atmosphere.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Execute the programs developed by the J.Care Coordinator
• Ensure safety and hygienic environment in the childcare facility
• Supervise children
• Engage with children’s needs.
• Reliable, self-directive
• Create art projects and games
• Be responsive to parents to fulfill their childcare service needs
• Report any unsafe conditions to J.Care Coordinator
• Other duties and responsibilities may evolve over time and be assigned/determined by J.Care Coordinator

Pay Rate: $18/hr

Qualifications & Skills:

• CPR/AED certification
• Previous experience working with children
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Demonstrated success working collaboratively and cooperatively with others
• Willingness and eagerness to explore new ideas.
