PropertyForce is seeking a Junior Systems Administrator (IT Specialist) professional for our Dania Beach, FL headquarters.

The IT Specialist (Help Desk) will get to work in a professional, high energy and friendly environment. This position will play a vital role to help the company grow.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Resolve service tickets in a timely manner
  • Install, configure, maintain, upgrade, and relocate PC stations
  • Configure supporting software and hardware
  • Complete onboarding and offboarding according to SOPs
  • Consult and partner with managed-IT service providers and other vendors to solve issues
  • Troubleshoot issues and outages
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders
  • Maintain inventory of hardware and software
  • Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
  • Upgrade systems with new releases and models
  • Support creation and maintenance of technical documentation, manuals, and policies
  • Provide IT support for on-site and remote team members and agents
  • Develop expertise in key technologies and train staff on new technologies
  • Serving as the first point of contact for employees who are on-boarding and off-boarding
  • Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction
  • Administer active directory as related to group policy creation and user administration
  • Utilize and maintain the helpdesk tracking software
  • Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS YOU NEED:

  • B.S. in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and major software applications
  • Knowledge of basic networking technologies
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Organizational and prioritizing skills
  • Basic Knowledge of Microsoft technologies like Windows10, Office365, Active Directory
  • Previous Help Desk or Call Center experience highly preferred
