Requirements for MMQ Coordinator:
- Must possess valid unencumbered, LPN or RN State License and current CPR certification
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
- At least two (2) years of MMQ experience
Job Duties for MMQ Coordinator:
- Provide oversight and review of all documentation related to the MMQ process
- Complete and forward all initial (Admission and Conversion) MMQs as well as Semi-annual submission batches to the Massachusetts Office of Long Term Care
