MACHINE OPERATOR ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Ability to operate machines or packing of parts
• Ability to read and understand job cards
• Ability to complete data entry activities as needed
• Ability to meet production standards once trained
• Inspect and pack finished parts properly
• Detect small defects as in scratches, dents, smudges, etc.

MACHINE OPERATOR QUALIFICATIONS:

• Basic Math skills
• Demonstrated understanding of quality control concepts and processes within a manufacturing environment
• Work well under pressure
• Good manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination
• Maintain a clean work area
• Ability to successfully complete all required training
• Ability to detect small defects as in scratches, dents, smudges, etc.
• Other duties as required

MACHINE OPERATOR COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Up to $19 per hour depending on overtime and experience
