Full Time Maintenance Assistant Position - $16-$17/hour

8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Monday - Friday & 1 weekend each month

Prior hands-on maintenance experience in the areas of general maintenance, basic plumbing, painting, & drywall repair are required. Prior maintenance experience in senior living, assisted living or hotels is preferred.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

• Providing assistance and support to the Building Engineer in all areas of maintenance for the building and grounds.
• Performing routine building maintenance as directed (painting, floor care, pressure washing, basic plumbing repairs, etc.)
• Completing maintenance tasks and work orders in resident apartments
• Assisting with in-house resident moves

WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS?

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year commercial facility maintenance experience
• Customer service oriented approach while interacting with residents and guests
• 1 - 2 yrs hotel, hospital, multi-family housing or assisted living community maintenance experience is preferred
