QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience that includes plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and locksmithing. Residential property management experience preferred.
• Ability to develop rapport with residents and staff.
• Problem solving skills.
• Organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be available on an as-needed basis for after hours, on-call emergency services.

Maintenance/Customer Service

• Effectively handle resident service requests.
• Perform and inspect all maintenance tasks.
• Ensure that all make ready repairs and services are completed correctly and on schedule. Correct situations within 24 hours when possible.
• Maintain awareness of the physical condition of the property and immediately correct unsafe conditions.
• Willingness to partake in on-call rotation approximately every 2 weeks as well as snow removal when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
