Position - Maintenance Technician - Fulltime

Job Requirements

• 2 years Apartment or similar Maintenance Technician experience.
• EPA Certified.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to rotate on call 24/7/365.
• Ability to lift or move heavy objects, up to 50 lbs.
• CPO preferred.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the completion of preventative maintenance, work orders (either interior or exterior), unit turns, ground maintenance and / or any other property task assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor, Property Manager, Office team. Responsible for the repair of HVAC units, appliances, plumbing, electrical, drywall and carpentry.
