We’re glad you’re exploring our Maintenance Utility Technician position and want to share some of the details. Our Utility position is a great opportunity for individuals without experience to gain exposure to maintenance.

First, some of the things you will need include a High School Diploma or equivalency and some experience in an industrial maintenance shop is preferred.

Second, in this position you will assist the Phenolic Technician in daily workload of cutting pulleys, capstans, and idlers. You will consider and comprehend detail of quality cutting and how it affects our wire drawing process. There is a lot of opportunity to learn maintenance processes within this role.
