SUMMARY

Responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment. Performance of building maintenance tasks in one or more fields (e.g. carpentry, electrical, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, etc.). Perform general cleaning. Safely operate power tools and equipment as needed for the preceding tasks. Perform other tasks as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Education: A minimum of a high school or equivalency diploma degree.

Experience: Minimum of two years working experience in facility maintenance, and a basic understanding of electrical, plumbing and carpentry.

Requirements: A valid driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.51 per hour
