Loudon Motors Ford is a family owned dealership that has been serving Minerva and the surrounding area for nearly 100 years. We are searching for a sales-driven professional to add to our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Build lifelong relationships with customers by offering the very best in customer service
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their response
• Call, text, and email potential customers
• Continuously develop product and sales knowledge to become the vehicle authority
• Commit to learning and understanding ins and the outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies
• Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business
• Must be able to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
• Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every day

Car industry experience not required! Some of our top performers came from different backgrounds including wireless sales, furniture sales, and manufactured home sales.
