These are long-term, full-time positions with advancement opportunities. No experience needed, we will train you for the entry level positions we have open!
Shifts & Pay:
- 1st Shift (Days) $ 18.00 an hour:
- 2nd Shift (Swing) $ 20.00 an hour:
- $1,600 in progressive bonuses
Responsibilities (what you will be taught to do):
- Move and secure lumber products and other materials according to instructions
- Stack finished products according to predetermined bundle sizes and/or customer requirements
- Label material based on the following specifications: type, size, and count
- Operate nail gun and hand tools as required to complete the assembly process.
- Stack completed products in accordance with established procedures, and if required, may cover, label, and band components/finished product.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to work in a safe manner
- Demonstrates ability to follow specific instructions and directions
- Demonstrate ability to use and operate hand tools and pneumatic
- Punctual and reliable
