UN COMN is seeking a Part-Time Office Administrator to:
  • Create, manage, and track calendar invites for a variety of events while arranging pick-up and/or delivery orders, etc. as necessary
  • Inventory, monitor, and maintain office supplies and UNCOMN-branded swag, while establishing a system for tracking and purchasing to ensure efficiency and economy
  • Coordinate, place, and assist in the distribution of multiple weekly office supply orders (4 offices)
  • Organize conference rooms and maintain, restock, and organize the kitchen daily
  • Distribute incoming and send outgoing mail including, but not limited to, packages, birthday cards, and anniversary cards in a timely manner
  • Schedule, shop, and set up (and clean-up) for special events including, but not limited to, all-staff Happy Hours & Town Hall meetings
  • Communicate and manage company-wide promotions including the distribution of sporting tickets, etc.
  • Inspect buildings weekly and meet with the cleaning crew manager to stay abreast of changes, issues, etc.
  • All other duties assigned by the manager
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Prior Teams experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently or under general direction?with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including team building, organizational-savvy, and the ability to anticipate needs?
  • Excellent typing, grammar, and editing skills with the ability to develop both internal and external communications suitable for an executive audience?
  • Prior Office Management experience preferred
