American Hartford Gold is seeking a full-time Accountant to join our growing team!
The Accountant will maintain and perform day-to-day accounting functions and accruals as requested by the Director of Finance.

Note: This role will develop a list of core responsibilities over time.
- General ledger maintenance.
- AD HOC Reporting.
- Assisting with inventory management.
- Accounts Payable processing and vendor records maintenance.
- Accounts Receivable processing and client records maintenance.
- Assist the Director of Finance in monthly financial statements.
- Maintain required business documents.
- Sales Invoice and Receipt entry.
- Prepare deposit and cash reports.
- Follows good accounting practices by keeping all information confidential.
JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- QuickBooks experience required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- 3+ years of Accounting experience.
- Ability to work independently while developing positive working relationships.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent punctuality and attendance are required.
