Start your new career as Our Office Manager with CIVES Steel Company in Wolcott, IN. As the Office Manager your duties will include contract administration, payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general office management and some minimal computer system maintenance. The ability to learn and maintain office data systems is a must.

This is a direct-hire opportunity.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

The qualified individual must have a high school diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of 5 years accounting/bookkeeping experience in job cost accounting. Effective communication skills to work with other divisional managers on a regular basis. Applicant must have knowledge of invoicing, collections, sales tax, and business insurance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, especially Excel.

Given the responsibility of this position, this individual must be able to maintain a professional level of discretion, integrity, ability, and sound judgment under pressure.
