We have a full-time opening for a front desk office manager in its Woodland Hills office. This position will provide support to the team of attorneys and staff. This is an in-person office position. The ideal candidate will be working full-time from our Woodland Hills office, Monday – Friday, 9 AM - 5:30 PM. The front desk office manager will serve as a liaison between our multiple offices.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in administrative environments is preferred but not required. Law firm experience is a plus.
  • Bilingual Spanish is preferred but not required.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products.
  • Possess excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision.
  • Strong typing skills for preparing business correspondence with speed and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of standard business letter formatting.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • The applicant must have the ability to communicate with clients professionally, work both independently and as part of a team and provide exceptional customer service.

Job Duties:

  • Perform receptionist duties: handle incoming calls and route them to the appropriate line.
  • Manage all correspondence, sorting, and distributing.
  • Ordering office supplies and maintaining the upkeep of break rooms and common areas.
  • Serve as a liaison between offices.
  • Occasionally assisting case managers with Spanish translation.
  • Data entry and other administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Interest in learning to do marketing is a plus.
