Description

The Partner Resource Manager is responsible for ensuring successful outcomes of partner delivered services. This role follows defined procedures for project oversight as well as focuses on partner resource alignment and overall development. The Partner Resource Manager role will support the UKG Public Sector line of business ensuring partner resources are fulfilling business needs.
The role involves extensive cross functional interaction across the business with sales, support, operations, leadership, product engineering, global delivery services and other members of cross-functional teams. This role requires updating internal data sources to ensure accurate reporting and partner tracking with feedback from multiple stakeholders within business. Customer-facing work is also required to ensure overall customer satisfaction with both the UKG product and partner/contractor delivery. This individual is expected to work autonomously while collaborating across functions to drive implementation efficiencies, partner profitability and partner individual performance.

  • Evaluates what drives the business and effectively advises on business decisions.
  • Understand and practice project management methodologies.
  • Coordinate and conduct resource interviews
  • Identify areas for professional development
  • Effectively identify and influence key decision makers internally & externally.
  • Effectively manage conflicts with internal or external customers by reading the situation quickly and helping others find common ground or involving appropriate individuals for guidance.
  • Escalate project risks and issues; and has ability to articulate them without bias.
  • Identify others for advice and solutions on how to manage customer or internal expectations related to a specialized area.
  • Effectively mitigate tough situations with both internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • 2+ years’ experience in Project Management, Contract Management, Strategic Planning, Marketing, Relationship Management, or similar role
  • Knowledge of Payroll, Scheduling, Time & Labor management, or similar domain knowledge required.
  • Experience implementing, supporting, or managing projects for HCM or Workforce Management SaaS solutions
  • Experience scheduling, preparing, and delivering presentations and status reports
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with UKG (Kronos or Ultimate) products
  • Out-of-the-box thinker and problem solver, able to work independently and results-driven
  • Well-developed relationship building and influencing skills and outstanding written, verbal and presentation communication skills
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented, with excellent follow-up skills; ability to work well in a quickly changing work environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to work as part of a project team
