• Provides customer service and expertise in parts to customers and other departments in person – at the register and over the phone; organizes and operates parts inventory using Lightspeed EVO.
• Prepares orders from several vendors, keeps track of invoices, price changes, and warehouse inventories.
• Receives incoming parts and divides orders into categories by end-user.
• Looks up and upsells recommends parts to customers.
• Stays updated with vendor promotions and works together with Marketing to advertise store specials.
• Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
• Maintains accurate accounts of parts movement to special orders, repair orders, customers, or inventory.
• Guides customers to find the parts required of us.
• Regularly communicates with headquarters and warehouses about parts availability.
• Returns accidental shipments, erroneous parts orders, and defects.
• Maintains professionalism with other associates, departments, vendors, and customers.
• Answers customer returns questions by referring to dealer return policy.
• Undergoes HondaPro training and completes all required tests.
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
• Accomplishes the result by performing the duty.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
