LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking Patient Registration Specialist who will be responsible for heavy scheduling in a call center environment. We are seeking 1+ years of Healthcare experience in a customer service and high-volume environment. - Onsite, Downtown Chicago - E. Huron Chicago, IL 60611 OR N Fairbanks, Chicago IL
- $18-19.35 based on experience
- 3-month contract (potential to hire)
Duties
- Answer a high-volume of inbound calls from patients
- Collect patient information
- Schedule appointments
- Maintain patient demographics in EHR System (EPIC)
Requirements
- 1+ year of relevant experience
- Familiar with following HIPPA guidelines
- High School Diploma
- EPIC experience is a BIG PLUS
