Pestmaster Services, part of Threshold Brands, and a nationwide leader in pest and vegetation control, is recruiting for Pest Control Technicians in the San Jose, California area. We offer a competitive wage, great benefits, paid Time Off, holiday pay, and a company car.
On the job Training and path to obtaining Pest Control License provided and an opportunity to earn more money after obtaining license.
Pest control technicians help customers identify and get rid of various pests. The pest control technician’s responsibilities include inspecting customers’ premises, advising customers on possible treatment options. Technician will identify, select, mix, and apply appropriate solutions or trap to get rid of pests.
Again all training is included, and you get paid during training. You must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test that includes marijuana.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Handle loads up to 50 lbs.
- Conditions can be very hot (above 90 F) or very cold (under 32 F)
- Work requires safe driving of company vehicle
- Use of hand and power tools required
- Work involves walking more than one-third of the time
