We are growing in the Jefferson county area in Alabama and looking to add a Physical Therapist to our team. As a home health PT, you will be responsible for conducting focused care and patient / family teaching in the home setting.

Qualifications:
- Physical Therapist
- Current state license
- One (1) year physical therapy experience
- Home health experience a plus
