Schedule:

· Part time to full time PM Shift (2:30PM-11:00PM)

· MUST BE ABLE TO WORK SOME WEEKENDS

Primary Job Duties:

· Assist residents with daily living, including bathing, clothing, grooming, serving meals, toileting or incontinence care, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.

· Provide companionship to residents

· Ensure residents are participating and engaging in scheduled and recreational activities

· Periodically lead activities such as trivia, bowling, or gardening

· Practice unwavering compassion and understanding that residents are valuable individuals who struggle with memory or cognitive ability loss

Minimum Education:

· High School diploma or equivalent

Minimum Experience and Training:

· Obtain a criminal record clearance, acceptable health screening/TB clearance, basic first aid card prior to employment

· Must be COVID-19 vaccinated including Bivalent booster

· Must be responsible, reliable, organized, and have good communication

An equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge, and abilities may be considered in place of listed minimum requirements.
