Associate Therapist registered in California only

I am seeking a pre-licensed therapist (Registered CALIFORNIA AMFT, APCC, or ASW) to join Therapy 4 Every Body. I am looking for a clinician who can provide professional, consistent treatment for 16-25 clients or more per week. At least 2 days per week will need to be IN PERSON in the San Jose/Los Gatos area. Supervision and additional clients seen will be online via telehealth. I will provide the clients. I will provide online supervision, as well as coaching on building your own private practice. You may start with only 1 or 2, but you should have 15 clients per week within 2 months or even faster. I offer a pay increase at 20+. I also match up to 4% for our 401K program.

Seeking somebody who would enjoy working with up to 40% teens and has some afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends available.

You should have an excellent internet connection for online sessions. We use Simple Practice for scheduling and notes. I handle all billing and administrative duties, including submitting superbills electronically. You will be expected to respond quickly to new clients and document conversations and sessions. I expect excellent spoken and written communication skills.

Our group specializes in gender and LGBTQ affirming care and is sex positive and inclusive of all sexual orientations, lifestyles, ages, appearances, and body sizes. I may require that you pursue training in some of these areas. I am eager to hire somebody with a gender or sexual minority status.
