Accomplished Board-Certified Physicians to manage diverse patient panels in busy Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) providing integrated care to families living in Suffolk County. Will work collaboratively with advanced practice providers and other specialty physicians to ensure quality primary and preventive care for all ages. A strong commitment to community health is required, bilingual Spanish a plus.

Monday to Friday hour with one evening per week and one Saturday per month required. Rotating phone call coverage. Hybrid on-site/remote schedule may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Pay: $200,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
