Screen Printing Reclaimer and Burner

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Screen Printing Reclaimer and Burner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the screen printing process and be proficient in reclaiming screens for reuse, as well as burning screens and pinning film.

Responsibilities:

• Reclaim used screens by cleaning, degreasing, and stripping them of ink, emulsion, and other contaminants
• Burn screens
• Pin film accurately to ensure proper registration on screens
• Ensure that screens are thoroughly cleaned and free of any leftover ink or emulsion before reuse
• Keep accurate records of screens reclaimed and screens burned, and ensure that they are properly stored and labeled
• Troubleshoot any issues with screens or equipment and provide solutions to minimize downtime

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in screen printing and screen reclaiming, as well as screen burning and film pinning
• Ability to work with chemicals in a safe and responsible manner
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
