• Tuesday through Friday, 5am-3pm
• 3-day weekend!
• Starting base pay rate of $16.00 per hour.

What we are seeking:

• Good communicator with a positive attitude – true team player!
• Willingness and versatility to assist with all areas of production to meet business and customer demands – machine operation, assembly, packaging, inspection.
• Ability to stand for an entire shift, practice repetitive motion, and occasionally lift 25-30 pounds.
• Basic production/manufacturing knowledge or experience is desired but not required – we offer a training program for all new hires!

Summary/Objective

The Packout Team Member position is responsible for preparing a high volume of individual products for shipment while maintaining high quality control standards. This role works closely with multiple departments including Production, Sales, Marketing, FBA Shipping, and Inventory.

Essential Functions

1. Label product in preparation for shipping

2. Manage a high volume of individual product stickering identifiers

3. Serve as a final quality control station before product is shipped to the customer

4. Adhere to business partner guidelines to follow all processes with zero deviation

5. Package, weigh, lift, and arrange boxes in preparation for shipment

6. Coordinate with shipping services such as UPS

7. Cross-train and assist in production, as needed, including operating equipment (Die Cutter, Esko, and Duplo, etc.)

8. Back-up Shipping Coordinator, as needed, including printing shipping labels and/or amazon labels for outgoing products

Skills and Qualifications

· Commitment to the Big Dot of Happiness culture

· Strong attention to detail and eye for quality

· Excellent interpersonal, critical thinking, and conflict management skills

· Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment

· Able to prioritize multiple tasks and complete tasks within reasonable and agreed upon time frames

• Desire to work in a high pressure, ever changing environment
• Basic to intermediate computer skills
• Ability to stand for an entire shift; bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Required Education and Experience

A high school diploma is required.
