PT Evening Receptionist
Job description
Position: Part Time Evening Receptionist – Riverside Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is looking for a PT evening receptionist to
provide telephone coverage and perform comprehensive support services for administration, human resources and other departments. Responsibilities and Duties. The hours are Monday-Friday 4:00pm-8:00pm and every Sunday from 8:00am-4:00pm!
- Provides telephone coverage as scheduled
- Maintains screening log
- Acts as greeter to all guests and visitors, covid-19 test all visitors who come.
- Establishes good public relations by being courteous to all
- When new residents arrive, notifies social services and/or nursing unit
- Keeps reception area/lobby clutter free
- Ensure front door is locked at end of shift
- Takes resident pictures
- Assists with scanning, as needed
- Distributes mail
- Plans/assists with employee events
