The Opportunity

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for selling. Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities through phone and email to generate new business opportunities.
  • Respond to incoming sales inquiries and provide customers with information about our Solar Inverter products.
  • Identify, qualify, dispatch inbound leads according to company requirements using phone, email, and ticketing system.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team to help improve the quality of leads generated.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1+ years sales experience preferred (flexible, teachable, energetic candidates are also encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of the Solar industry and products is a plus.
