The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and ensuring the quality of our products and services, as well as overseeing the implementation of quality control procedures.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
Monitor all stages of the production process to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
Review and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
Ensure that all quality control documents and records are maintained and updated.
Manage a team of quality control technicians to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards.
Develop and deliver quality training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of employees.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the organization.
Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure that their products and services meet our quality standards.
Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance/quality control in a manufacturing or production environment.
Excellent knowledge of quality control procedures and regulations.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with ISO 9001 certification is preferred.
