Location: Arrow Ridge - Pasco WA
Working Shift: Day Shift
Hours & Work Days: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday; Hours may vary depending on need.
This position will require a pre-employment drug test.
Qualifications:
- Train the Trainer certified
- CPR and First Aid certified
- Have or be able to obtain Pesticide License
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Strong computer skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills and abilities
- Excellent people and process management skills
- Must have desire to be a part of strong/stable company with an entrepreneurial spirit and a fast-paced, result-oriented culture
- Strong planning, organizational and follow up skills
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and/or perform all Safety trainings required for all equipment use and employee needed trainings such as ladder safety.
- Ensure that First Aid supplies and other needed safety equipment is available and maintained.
- Coordinate gathering of bud and fruit counts.
- Use microscope to cut fruit buds in the winter months.
- Maintain quality fruit control
- Take inventory on equipment for harvest
- Perform safety walks around and maintain checklist
- Fill in for Crew leader as needed
- Other duties as assigned.
