Job description

Admin Receptionist:

· Greet community members and visitors with a smile and enthusiasm

· Professional Dress attire and grooming is required Monday through Friday

· Front desk daily coverage, Handling incoming calls

· Assist homeowners with basic questions on their account.

· Print, scan and make copies

· Retrieve voice-mail messages and handle them or direct to the correct recipient

· Process incoming email requests from managers, vendors and homeowners.

· Track all incoming/outgoing packages

· The ability to drive and pick up mail at our designated mailbox

· Process incoming mail

· Deliver all incoming packages and mail to the appropriate recipient

· Assist in distributing, ordering and maintaining inventory of: office supplies, keys, transponders, trash dispenser bags, etc.

· Oversee distributing and logging in vehicle transponders & golf cart decals

· Create/Close work orders

· Update homeowner information:

o Change of email address

o Change of home address

o Add or remove people from permanent guest list

o Add or remove transponder information

o Add or remove vehicle information

· Create Homeowner welcome packets.

· Oversee the rental registration process and distributing the letter of approval

· Other projects as assigned by Department Manager.

· The ability to be lifting up to 10 lbs.

Ability to:

· Communicate professionally and direct customer calls (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).

· Be self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.

· Be proficient in using the following software: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

· Manage time and prioritize effectively

Experience/Education/License Requirement:

· High School Diploma

· applicable job-related experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
