The Operations Trainer serves as the primary contact for all training and on-site, new-hire orientation within their assigned region.

Description:

• Collaborate with management to identify company training needs
• Schedule and conduct individual & team training sessions as directed by Regional Manager
• Plan and implement an effective training curriculum centered around new employees
• Critically examining the trainees’ understanding and progress and making necessary adjustments to the program to ensure all employees are provided sufficient training resources to be successful in their role
• Maintaining an up-to-date and accurate record of trainee progress and achievements
• Conduct employee surveys and interviews to collect and analyze data related to training needs Contact and utilize outside vendors and resources for instructional technology as needed
• Travel will be expected 75% of the time
