Registered Dietitian
Status: Part-Time
What You will Do:
- As the Registered Dietitian you will organize, develop, and direct nutritional care of residents following state and federal guidelines
- Collaborate with the Dietary Manager to ensure nutritional needs are met and care plans are followed
- Train dietary team as needed, along with providing nutritional counseling and education for patients and family members
- Work closely with clinical and therapy partners to ensure all care plans are met and executed, meeting all needs of the individual resident
- Participate in Care Plan meetings as necessary
What You will Need:
- Must be a Registered Dietician
- 2–3-year experience in long term/rehab setting preferred
