Pahrump Health and Rehabilitation in Pahrump, NV is accepting applications for an
(RN) Registered Nurse to join our team. This is a great newly renovated 120 bed center. Our team of nurses here love what they do as we focus on the exceptional care delivery to our residents moving through the seasons of their lives.
60 miles from the fabulous Las Vegas! Rural & friendly small town, with proximity to big city amenities. Less than one hour away from Las Vegas and Death Valley. Beautiful winter weather. Scenery includes wild horses and desert mountains.

EmpRes Healthcare Management, LLC will require ALL new-hires to have the 1st dose (of a 2-dose Pfizer or Moderna, or 1-dose J&J) by January 27, 2022. After this time, any new-hire not vaccinated with at least the first dose (in a 2-dose series, or fully with a 1-dose series) will NOT be allowed to begin work until the criteria has been met. Medical and/or Religious exemptions must be communicated to Human Resources prior to start of employment. Job Summary
The RN position manages the nursing care delivery to the residents on the unit. Oversees other staff members in caring for those residents, follows the plan of care, and performs general nursing duties within the license held by the nurse. Works collaboratively with members of the healthcare team. Maintains standards of professional nursing practice.

Qualifications:
- Supervises nursing care to residents
- Complies with state and Federal Regulations
- Works Collaboratively with members of the healthcare team
- Maintains standards of professional nursing practice
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current licensure in the state of employment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of nursing process, particularly as it relates to geriatric residents, long-term care, and rehabilitation.
