We are looking for skilled Remote Call Center Representatives. Our ideal candidate needs a working knowledge of basic natural health, we are a health and wellness company selling vitamins, herbs, and supplements. Guide a customer service experience loaded with valuable knowledge about our products. Prior experience working in the Natural Products Industry, with herbal focus, certifications or education preferred.

Our mission is simple: We bring health to our customers by selling products we believe in. We have been serving our customers for 20+ years. We're looking for people who are as passionate about natural health as we are to join our team!

· Learning product lines to be able to ensure our customers find the products they need, while emphasizing services or product features and benefits, quoting prices, and preparing sales orders.

· Attends trainings, staff meetings and supervision as needed.

· Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Interest in nutrition, herbal medicine, and holistic health

· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

· Proficient level computer skills

· Excellent telephone skills.

· Prominent organization and presentation skills.

· Effective time management skills.

· Able to multi-task the activities with shifting priorities.
