As a Remote Customer Service Agent for Foundever, you will provide support to customers right from the safety, comfort, and convenience of your own home. You'll shine as a Remote Customer Service Agent assisting customers for a variety of clients. All our calls are inbound calls only- no cold calling.

Qualifications
  • Flexibility to needs of business
  • Must have High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • 18 years of age
  • 25 wpm typing
  • Bring Your Own Device (some positions)
  • Computer (Windows 10 or newer, 4 Gigs RAM, Processor 2.0 Ghz minimum)
  • Stand Alone Monitor (19 inch)
  • Hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless) Required Internet Speed is 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up
  • A Working Phone Line (Home Phone or Mobile)
  • Home office must be noise/distraction free environment
  • Desk and an ergonomic chair
