Prior experience in fine dining is a plus. Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast and growing restaurant. This is not your regular serving job. Servers at
Rodizio Grill don't have to memorize an extended food menu and deal with order changes. We have only two options for guests. Your job would be to inform the guest of the options and sell drinks and desserts, take those drinks/desserts to the guests, clear used plates or 'pre-bus' the tables & keep guests' drinks refilled.
You’ll be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers’ experiences. Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers.
Compensation after tips ranges from
$20-32/hour, after tips. Benefits include free employee meals on days worked and discounts for family.
