SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 24 months of OR experience - REQUIRED
• Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross and active upon and INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION - REQUIRED
• No Nursys Hits - REQUIRED
• No time off; time off can be listed as preferred, but will not necessarily be honored
• COVID vaccination required - NO DECLINATIONS WILL BE APPROVED **Please add vaccination status in the submission notes**
• Travel experience - Preferred

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• ACLS (AHA)
• BLS (AHA)
• PALS (AHA)

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS

• Colorado.
• Compact Allowed

Travel Package

• Weekly Gross : $2550 ($85/hr) Based on 30 hours / week
• Non-Taxable: $1110/Weely ($37/hr) Based on 30 hours / week
• Taxable: $1440/weekly ($48/hr) Based on 30 hours / week.
