The ideal candidate will have a passion for the outdoors and a strong desire to help customers find their perfect RV. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing exceptional service, and closing sales deals.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with customers
• Understand customer needs and recommend products based on those needs
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide product education
• Negotiate pricing and finalize sales contracts
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction
• Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
• Attend industry trade shows and events to build product knowledge and network with potential customers

•

• Detail oriented is important.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous sales experience is a plus.
