JOB DESCRIPTION FOR SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Your Job:

  • Engage with new business opportunities by cold calling and driving leads
  • Adopt Novatech’s culture of sales excellence, including established sales processes, pipeline management and forecast accuracy
  • Network with the local business community and seek new business
  • Become an expert of all products, services and solutions Novatech offers to clients
  • Reach key decision makers within an organization and develop relationships with C-level executives
  • Work with clients to understand and identify objectives and needs while aligning Novatech products and services where business opportunities exist
  • Drive sales revenue and market share by managing a defined territory to achieve quota via cold calling and self-generating leads
  • Close net new business and achieve monthly activity and revenue goals

You Bring to Novatech:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Outside sales experience is preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and Microsoft Office
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable insured vehicle

Salary Range:

$38,000 - $50,000 annually. The 50k base is usually offered to those with industry experience.

Commission Structure:

  • OTE - 1st year - 75k to 85k up to 90k depending on their performance or profit of their transaction. On the 2nd year, they would get about 100k.
  • Variable Compensation:
  • Commissions. Commissions are paid as a percentage of gross profit at the transaction level. Range is 20% - 35% depending on the type of transaction.
  • Commissions are also paid on the support plans sold as part of the technology and services plans sold. This is additive on top of the aforementioned.
  • Bonuses. Bonuses are paid monthly and quarterly based on revenue achievement against assigned quotas.
  • $400 expense allowance to help offset costs for car and cell phones.
