Sales Representative Job Responsibilities:

• Services existing accounts, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales opportunities.
• Adjusts content of sales call presentations by studying competing companies.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as weekly work and call plans.
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products and special offerings.
• Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge of our company by studying our products, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in company trainings.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing results as needed.
• Help update existing customer profiles
