• Will work directly (but not exclusively) with the Production Team
• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
• He/she should possess a great work ethic and be a highly motivated professional, with the ability to establish positive work relationships with team members
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
• Assist with the cleaning, restocking, and organization of kitchen and equipment
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
• He/she should be energetic and enthusiastic - fast-paced work-flow
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Early morning shift, beginning at 3 am or earlier.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to the following):

* Prepping

• Planning, prepping & managing ingredients.

* Sandwich making & cooking

• Learn follow & execute the recipes.

* Packaging & Dispatch

• Send ingredients and/or finished products to stores, wholesale partners & catering customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Culinary Art.
• 1 year of experience in prepping or cooking.
• ServSafe Certification
• Computer skills: proficient in spreadsheet applications.
