As a Scheduling Coordinator, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:

• Assist our Office Manager in ensuring compliance with quality and operational standards
• Schedule staff and improve the process of client/patient scheduling for home care services
• Receive, enter and contact new referrals to coordinate services

A few must-haves for Scheduling Coordinators:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent years of training and work experience
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in healthcare or a related industry
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with clients, families and staff
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and computer software proficiency
