Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead marketing projects and ensure all marketing deliverables are high quality, aligned with employer brand and completed by deadlines.
• Develop marketing support resources and tools to enable capabilities in the field.
• Drive refreshes of career site, media, job ads, and personas for key roles.
• Accurately track campaign performance and make educated recommendations on future expenditures.
• Consult on event planning and logistics.
• Monitor and maintain accurate vendor and campaign budgets.
• May delegate work to junior members of team.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant professional experience required
• Strong knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
• Excellent knowledge of HR software.
• Outstanding time management and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional event planning, marketing, and management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills .
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
• Experience working remotely preferred.
