A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SENIOR STORE ASSOCIATE
As our full-time Senior Store Associate / Key Holder, you arrive for each shift excited to meet new people, provide customers with solutions, and contribute to the overall success of the store. As you greet customers, determine their needs, and answer their questions, you demonstrate a customer-first mentality. Because achieving sales goals is a top priority, you actively participate in retail store and commercial sales activities as well as suggest add-on items as sales opportunities arise. Throughout the day, you complete additional tasks to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. These tasks include identifying potential commercial customers, operate computer/cash register to complete sales transactions, and answer phones and relay messages.
In addition to your customer service duties, you'll ensure that our store is ready for optimal sales and business operations. You manage merchandising and inventory, including loading and unloading of products. Rotating stock on a daily basis to promote merchandise organization and accessibility. You build and breakdown display as well as maintain retail shelf-label pricing to achieve full-store appearance. In addition, you'll install batteries, perform tests, and tech work.
At times, your customer service skills cross over to device repair. You work on our customers' cell phones, tablets, and other devices. You also test, install, and replace batteries in vehicles, watches, key fobs, cell phones, and more. Don't worry if you don't have any smartphone repair experience, we'll train you on everything you need to know to assist our clients with their technology troubles. You enjoy the exciting and fast-paced world of batteries and bulbs!
QUALIFICATIONS OF A SENIOR STORE ASSOCIATE
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months of relevant customer service experience
- Computer savvy
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Possess a valid driver's license
At least six months of similar work experience is preferred, but not required. We will train the right person! Are you a team player with a positive, can-do attitude? Are you organized and analytical? Do you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills? Are you self-motivated and able to work independently as well as with a team? SENIOR STORE ASSOCIATE WORK SCHEDULE
We provide flexible hours to accommodate a multitude of schedules. An applicant who can work between our High Point, Kernersville, and Greensboro locations would be valuable but not necessary.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
